Agreeing to these terms

buyblumix.com is operated by Blumix (“we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to everyone who visits the site, buys from us, or uses any tools, emails or services we offer (the “Services”), together with the policies they refer to: our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy.

By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. To use the Services you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Orders, pricing and availability

• Checkout. Orders are placed and paid through Shopify's secure checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
• Prices. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. The price shown in your cart is an estimate; the checkout total is what you pay.
• Availability. Products and quantities may be limited, and we may discontinue a product at any time.
• Our right to refuse or cancel. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, and refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full and let you know using the contact details on your order.
• Errors. If a product, price, promotion, shipping charge or availability is shown in error, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, even after you've ordered. We'll tell you if that happens.
• Your details. Please give accurate, current contact and payment information so we can complete your order and reach you about it.

Discounts and promotions

• Welcome offer. BLUWELCOME20 gives 20% off your first order on buyblumix.com. It's limited to one use per customer and has no cash value.
• Buy More, Save More. Mix-and-match savings on refills (10% off 2, 20% off 3 or more) apply automatically at checkout. They don't stack with the refill-reminder 5% — you always get the bigger discount.
• Other codes come with the conditions shown where they're offered. Codes can't be applied to past orders, exchanged for cash, or resold, and whether codes combine is decided at checkout.
• We may end or change a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse a code (for example, by creating multiple accounts).

Refill reminders

When you choose refill reminders, you save 5% on that order and we email you when you're due for a refill, with a reorder link and another 5% off. Reminders are not a subscription: we never store your card or charge you automatically, and each reorder is a new order you place yourself. Stop reminders anytime using the link in any reminder email.

Using our products safely

Use Blumix products only as directed on the pack and on our site. Keep tablets, powders and sheets sealed until use and out of reach of children and pets. Don't eat them. If a product gets in your eyes, rinse with water; if swallowed, call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) or a doctor.

We work to show product colors, sizes and details accurately, but your screen may not display colors exactly, and fill sizes and dissolve times are approximate.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns and refunds by our Returns & refunds policy. Starter kits bought on Amazon follow Amazon's terms.

Using the site

You agree not to use the Services to break the law; infringe anyone's rights, including ours; harass or harm others; submit false information; upload viruses or malicious code; collect other people's personal information; scrape, crawl or spam; or interfere with the site's security. We may suspend or end your access if you do.

We may refuse service to anyone at any time, and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services without notice.

Our content

The Blumix name, logo, product designs, photos and text on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.

Reviews, feedback and submissions

If you send us reviews, ideas, suggestions, stories for our newsletter, or other material, you agree we may use, edit, publish and share it in any medium without paying you or keeping it confidential. You're responsible for what you send: it must be true, yours to share, and not unlawful, abusive or misleading, and you may not impersonate anyone. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Third-party services and links

The Services include links to and tools from third parties — such as Amazon, Shopify and the news sources we feature. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Please review their terms before you use them.

Your information

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated by us, the Services and everything sold or provided through them are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that information on it is always complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blumix and its owners, employees, agents, suppliers and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages — including lost profits, revenue, savings or data — arising from your use of the Services or any product, even if advised of the possibility. Some states don't allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you; in those states our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Blumix and its owners, employees, agents, suppliers and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

General terms

• Severability. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the extent permitted, and the rest remains in effect.
• Termination. These Terms apply until ended by you (by stopping use of the Services) or by us. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. Our not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it.
• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
