The short version
- Free shipping on orders over $35. Under that, it's a flat $6.50.
- Most orders leave us within 2 business days and arrive 2–8 business days later.
- Need it sooner? Choose Expedited at checkout for $11.99.
- We ship water-free, plastic-free refills — lighter boxes, lower emissions.

Processing time
Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Busy periods and launches can add a day or two; we'll email you if anything holds your order up.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way home. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or email us and we'll send it again.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We're not yet able to ship internationally.
Starter kits bought on Amazon are shipped by Amazon, on Amazon's delivery terms.
Late, lost or damaged
If your tracking hasn't moved in a week, it says delivered but you can't find the box, or something arrived damaged, email support@buyblumix.com with your order number (and a photo, for damage). We'll sort it out with the carrier and make it right.
