The 30-day window

You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with your order number or other proof of purchase.

Tablets, powders and sheets that have been opened, dissolved or used can't be returned. If something didn't work for you, tell us anyway — we want to hear it, and we'll do what we can.

How to start a return

1. Email support@buyblumix.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions for where to send it.
3. Pack the items securely and drop the box off with the carrier on the label.

Please don't send anything back before we've approved the return — packages that arrive without one can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email you to confirm and refund the amount you paid for the returned items to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra business days to post it.

If an order used a discount code or a Buy More, Save More saving, the refund reflects what you actually paid for each item.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, leaking, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund — you won't need to send the item back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a scent or size is to return the original item and place a new order. If you're not sure which product is right, email us before you return anything and we'll help you choose.

Bought on Amazon?

Starter kits bought on Amazon are returned through Amazon, under Amazon's return policy. Start from Your Orders on Amazon.
